A letter was sent to non-residential property owners in the proposed Sheridan Downtown Development District from the Downtown Sheridan Association. When 50% of non-residential property owners in the proposed Sheridan Downtown Development District sign the petition, it will be submitted to the City Council. To view a copy of the Petition, click here.

 

Then

An ordinance will be introduced to the City Council of the City of Sheridan, Wyoming, creating the Sheridan Downtown Development Authority. To view a copy of the Ordinance, click here.
